Managing & Leading Emergencies (Tactical) is an ILM Recognised programme of learning, created and delivered by Skills 2 Share for those whose role requires them to manage and lead others at the tactical level during an incident that causes response and recovery arrangements to be used. The programme aims to develop knowledge and skills by giving learners the opportunity to explore good practice at national and local levels whilst achieving interoperability with multi-agency partners.
