Earning Criteria

• This person has successfully achieved the Level 3 Award and Certificate in Management of Volunteers. They have developed their skills and knowledge  focusing on management issues specific to volunteers, working with people, including building relationships, managing performance, fundamental competencies and getting results.
• This person has completed the mandatory unit: Supervise and Support Volunteers
• This person has developed their skills and knowledge from a range of optional units which include: Manage Personal Development, Develop Working Relationships with Colleagues, Participate in Meetings, Communicate Information and Knowledge, Promote Volunteering within Your Organisation and to Volunteers, Manage Risk in Relation to Volunteers, Manage Customer Service in Own Area of Responsibility. Make Effective Decisions.
• This person has developed their skills and knowledge from a range of optional units which include: Manage Own Professional Development Within an Organisation, Support Team Members in Identifying, Developing and Implementing New Ideas, Set Objectives and Provide Support for Team Members, Manage or Support Equality of Opportunity, Diversity and Inclusion in Own Area of Responsibility, Manage Conflict in a Team, Manage Knowledge in Own Area of Responsibility
