Earning Criteria

• This individual has attended all face to face sessions and webinars
• This individual has undertaken an EI questionnaire and developed an action plan based on this.
• This individual has successfully completed the Management Plus programme on “Setting Expectations”
• This individual has demonstrated coaching and feedback skills through role play
• This individual has attended three coaching sessions with their line manager - and agreed follow up actions
• This individual has attended all scheduled Peer Coaching sessions
• This individual has completed the post course evaluation survey
