The Leadership and Outcomes unit will equip the Directors/Trustees and senior staff in early years settings with high level governance and strategic skills including, governance for leadership and outcomes, strategic management of finances for settings, supporting relationships in settings, outcomes for strategic development, building sustainable boards of directors/trustees, committee/directors responsibilities and board responsibilities in the support and supervision of staff.
