Earning Criteria

• Participants will discover their social profile that determines how they relate with other people around them (DISC Analysis) so they can have better understanding of themselves and other people and this will improve their relationships and communications
• Participants can determine what drives their motives and behaviors, if they are driven by fear or by love, what determines their attitudes and behaviors to improve how they think, and act towards others
• Participants will be able to integrate empathy in their communication to promote strong team player attributes which helps in better performance and interaction between team members
• Participants will earn the confidence of their teammates and subordinates
• Participants will embrace the concept of unity and diversity in teams which will help in team interaction and mobilization
