• This person has met the pass grade for the Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree end-point assessment. They understand how to develop operational strategy, project management models and business financial management approaches. They know how to create marketing strategies and the digital technologies impact on their organisation. They understand inclusive leadership styles, how to build stakeholder relationships and how to recruit, manage and develop people.
• This person can set targets, develop strategic plans, produce financial reports, make ethical decisions and drive organisational change. They can communicate clearly and lead people by articulating the organisational purpose and values. They build rapport and trust to engage and empower teams. They can reflect on their own performance, are self-aware and develop themselves professionally.
