The badge earner has the knowledge necessary to administer a z/OS system including base elements, optional features, servers and system service facilities that are provided by the z/OS Base Control Program (BCP). The badge holder also has knowledge about the functions of major software base elements in the management of jobs, tasks, storage, data, and problems in the z/OS environment and how these functions can be affected by the system programmer.
