An IBM Experienced Certified Solution Consultant is responsible to define the structures of the solutions to address client technical and business requirements. They spend time interacting with the internal/external client to present, review, and modify the solution. They work in conjunction with the larger pursuit teams to deliver solutions within time and budget and work independently work as coach, mentor and assist the Solution Consultant to build optimized, quality services solutions.

Earning Criteria

Must be an IBM employee.

Document two deals solutioned as a lead Senior Solution Consultant demonstrating the application of skills and experience in a successful client engagement or project.

Has at least ten hours of give back to the community (e.g. conduct training, sharing best practices, submitting idea for solution improvement, participate Solconnect, Solinnoator etc.)

Other eligible IBM Leadership experiences (prefered): Speaker/Presenter, Teacher/Educator, Profession Champion.

Completion of Solution Consultant Accreditation and Onboarded to SOOT.
