The technical support specialist (experienced) must prove their expertise in the last 18 months (be on the respective experienced job role- example: LTE and Senior Front office agent)

Tech Support specialist must prove that they are constantly developing technical and professional skills as evidenced by a minimum of 40 hours of training and personal development completed in the last 12 months (Think40 and Sys40 are considered as proof).
