Nominated by manager or had more than 2 years of client handling or problem mgmt experience in IBM; Experience in high complexity VP/Exec level cases, leading situation without guidance; Experience with non-technical common type of cases in the Project Escalation Management playbook; Worked with more than 5 different Business Units; Experience with the initiation of more than one project, recognize the needs and drive improvements in order to solve escalation management process related issues.
