Earning Criteria

Hold a current membership in the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association

Serve as a leader within the membership and volunteer engagement area of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association for at least one year.

Using membership and attendance data, develop and implement strategy to recruit, retain, and engage HBA members and volunteers.

Organize and execute HBA volunteer awards program within the chapter and/or region, including nomination process, management of the voting process, and communication and promotion of award winners.

Manage a committee of volunteers dedicated to promotion of HBA membership and volunteerism.
