Earning Criteria

Faculty are nominated by an Academic Dean or Vice President for this award with winners selected by a committee of university academic leaders.

Faculty must have demonstrated excellence in one or more of the following categories: collaboration (e.g., works effectively with others to produce positive results); commitment (e.g., dedication to their work and the mission of the university); innovation (e.g., outstanding creativity to solve problems); leadership (ability to guide and lead others); learning (ensures learning is integrated in their work to improve the university and those around them).
