Successful completion of an oral demonstration utilizing the Inside Track coaching methodology.
Successful completion of a skill tracker and recording of applied situational techniques.
Successful completion of a reflection paper where learners demonstrate how the competencies gained can be utilized to further personal, professional, and/or academic goals.
