Badge earners serve for 1-3 years and are competitively selected from thought leaders in the instructional design profession. Members work to form a diverse mentorship community and help organize the program, complete mentor/mentee pair matching, review artifact submissions from participants, and develop professional learning opportunities for program participants. Committee members provide significant leadership to the ID2ID mentorship program.

Earning Criteria

Badge earners were competitively selected to serve on the ELI/Penn State ID2ID Advisory Committee. Committee members review badge submissions and provide feedback to participants; maintain two-way communication between the collective Advisory Committee and participants in the program; organize and lead the program year for participants; and conduct the selection and matching of ID2ID participants.
Participate in a variety of meetings, both face-to-face and virtual, in the course of the year and serve on subcommittees or perform other related assignments during their tenure.
