  • Badge earners identified a unit or module of an existing or planned course into which they would ordinarily copy outside content and applied the four-part PANE test to determine the strength of their fair-use-copying argument; expanded their list of unit or module resources and mocked up a resources page for the unit or module; examined institutional intellectual-property policies and suggested modifications to allow the institution to best meet its course-development and data-network goals.
