Plan to facilitate YEP Trainer training sessions that ensure a positive peer group dynamic; enhance participant engagement, connectivity, learning and confidence; demonstrate awareness of the group profile; and incorporate the values of Te Ao Māori, including: Tikanga/ Manaakitanga/ Rangatiratanga, Kotahitanga, Mōhiotanga, Tuākana/ Tēina.
