Participants in the 6-month Disney College & International Program Internship obtain valuable work experience and reflection by incorporating the learning experiences noted in the AACSB's Assurance of Learning Standards Report (2007) as well as utilizing the transferable skills noted in the Secretary of Labor's SCANS report. The Disney College & International Program is defined as supervised employment extending classroom based occupational learning at on-the-job learning stations.

Earning Criteria

The methods of instruction include audio visual materials; case studies; classroom exercises; computer-based training; discussions; lectures; and practical exercises.
The methods of assessment include performance rubrics and knowledge assessment: a multiple-choice assessment is given to cast member's which must be completed with an 80% accuracy. This assessment can be used in the place of the performance rubric.
