Crafts a presentation or newsletter to share data collected through a survey of stakeholders, a focus group, or an analysis of current needs or gaps in the curriculum. Provides documentation for the identified need(s); Includes statistics where appropriate; Justifies the appropriateness of proposed solution with research on best practices.

Creates a letter of inquiry or concept paper that includes the following: a brief description of your organization A description of the issue or need; brief outline of the program or project activities and specific goals; indication of how the project connects to the grant maker’s areas of interest; indication of who will be responsible for managing the project, including potential collaborators; an estimate of project cost and the amount you intend to request in your proposal.
