Through a written open book assessment, this learner has demonstrated their understanding of the importance of managing water hygiene risks. They have demonstrated their understanding and application of best practice to achieve compliance and to protect patients, visitors and staff whilst carrying out their roles and responsibilities. They have demonstrated knowledge of legislation and mandatory requirements, prominent waterborne pathogens and the consequences of contamination.
