Earners of this credential have pledged to make time for young carers. They understand the unique challenges young carers face when entering the work of work and once in employment. They recognise the transferable skills young carers have to offer organisations because of their lived experience and support the view that employers should encourage job applicants from young carers and support young carer employees to achieve their potential by offering flexible working practices.
