The Certificate of Licentiateship of the City and Guilds of London Institute (LCGI) is awarded on the basis of evidence of achievement, obtained through education and training and/or in employment at a level of competence prescribed by the Institute. The LCGI is conferred on the authority of the Nominations Committee, acting on behalf of the Council.
