Earning Criteria

This learner has completed 12 credits from the mandatory unit and 80 credits from the optional group (of which a minimum of 48 credits are from level 4 units).
Unit 401 (mandatory) - Quality management of client care in the hair & beauty sector. This learner is able to: 1. Review the overall client service experience as part of quality assurance 2. Implement and monitor procedures to improve the overall client service experience.
This learner has completed a minimum of 80 credits from the list of optional units details of which can be viewed in the qualification handbook .
