Earning Criteria

This learner has completed 12 credits from the mandatory unit, 27 credits from optional group A (of which a minimum of 22 credits are from level 4 units) and a minimum of 50 credits from optional group B (of which a minimum of 36 credits are from level 4 units)

Unit 401 (mandatory) - Quality management of client care in the hair & beauty sector. This learner is able to: 1. Review the overall client service experience as part of quality assurance 2. Implement and monitor procedures to improve the overall client service experience.

This learner has completed a minimum of 22 credits from the following optional units in group A: Make & test beauty therapy products; Cultural, social & technological influences on beauty-related industries; Dermatology & microbiology; Apply micro dermabrasion techniques; Advanced epilation techniques; Laser & light treatments for hair removal; Laser & light treatments for skin rejuvenation; Enhance appearance using mirco-pigmentation treatment.
