Earning Criteria

This person has achieved the distinction criteria of the Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming. They can deal confidently with stretching and complex tasks and are familiar with organisational systems and processes. They are able to motivate others and able to reflect on their own practice. They may demonstrate skills beyond that of the qualification perhaps developed though workplace opportunities and have the potential to develop very high class skills and understanding.

Understand how to minimise the likelihood of injury, emergency situations and principles of first aid 4. Prepare risk assessments for the grooming environment
