This individual has achieved unit 2 Supervision of operations in the hospitality industry. They are able to: Understand customer service supervision, understand the principles of stock control, understand how to use resources effectively.

This individual has achieved unit 3 Principles of supervising customer service performance in hospitality leisure travel and tourism. They are able to: Understand how to develop a customer service culture within their business, understand how to build teams and motivate colleagues through techniques such as on-site coaching, understand how to effectively monitor and communicate levels of customer service performance.
