• This person is able to: 1 Understand how to select types of  building  information 2 Know about environmental considerations  in relation to construction 3 Understand the construction of foundations 4 Understand construction of internal and  external walls  5 Know about construction of floors 6 Know about construction of roofs 7 Understand how to communicate in the  workplace
• This person is able to: 1 Know how to construct roofing structures 2 Know how to fix verge and eave components 3 Know how to lay floor joists 4 Know how to fit and fix joist coverings
• This person is able to: 1 Know how to fix frames and linings 2 Know how to construct stud partitions 3 Know how to fix a straight flight of stairs
