This is a programme created for the Home Instead Network in conjunction with The End of Life Partnership and other subject matter experts. It also follows the Skills for Care Common Core Principles for social care workers working with adults at end of life. It aims at empowering the CAREGivers within the franchises with the expertise to care for clients during the palliative and end of life/terminal stages of life limiting conditions.

Earning Criteria

The participant will complete the relevant coursework in a formal classroom environment/virtual delivery, with self-study education.
