The participant has undertaken Interactive learning and practical activities to develop their skills and understanding and Implement techniques enabling them to facilitate group learning sessions and present information effectively to groups.

The participant has demonstrated a range of skills, knowledge and understanding of effective group facilitation by completing relevant assessments, observations and participation in a range of interactive activities.

The participant has been observed utilising knowledge and experience gained to facilitate an interactive learning session for a peer group. The participant has successfully competed and met the requirements of the training programme via this assessment observation.
