• This individual has gained knowledge of best practice examples of how to deliver a high-quality apprenticeship programme that supports a successful outcome for apprentices
• Understood the importance of EPA planning and preparation in the apprenticeship learner journey
• Explored ‘top tips’ for professional discussion, projects and portfolios, which form part of the EPA process
