• Applying for jobs and courses; Preparing and displaying salads and sandwiches for service; Introduction to pastry and cake preparation and cooking methods; Assisting at a hospitality event; Preparation of convenience products for the catering industry;  Legislation in food and beverage service; Understand menus; Dealing with payments and bookings; Food and beverage service skills; Hot beverage skills; Prepare and clean a food area and appliances;
• Food safety in catering; Introduction to the hospitality industry; Customer service in the hospitality industry; Serving food and drink; Basic food preparation; Basic cooking; Gust services in the hospitality industry; Preparing the dining area for service; Essential knife skills for the catering industry; Cleaning and storage procedures for cutlery and crockery; Introduction to meal planning and preparation
