The individual has completed a blend of self-study and group reflective discussions held over a four to six month period. This work provides knowledge and the opportunity to try out new practice within their workplace with their learning group members.

The individual has written a reflective essay, marked by a Dementia Services Development Centre tutor who provides individualised feedback, which evidences learning around the six course learning outcomes:
