Bricklayers construct and repair walls, foundations, partitions, arches. The person has been assessed independently by City & Guilds as having achieved all Distinction criteria for each component of the end-point assessment. This person can carry out all the activities undertaken by a bricklayer. They lay bricks, blocks and other building components in mortar to construct and repair structure such as walls, foundations, partitions, arches. They might also refurbish brickwork and masonry on restoration projects.
