• Finding new and innovative ways of working, during and after lockdown, to provide support and training to dog owners, particularly when face-to-face dog training classes were no longer possible due to the pandemic
• Making a positive difference to the behaviour of dog(s) and the lives of their owners
• Helping to change the lives of dogs and/or people who may have faced difficult challenges
