Pass randomized question assessment mastery at an 80% or higher. Information regarding the assessment can be obtained from MSU Department of Engineering & Engineering Technology

Distinguish between various classes of advanced composite materials. Apply the theory of anisotropic elasticity. Identify the characteristics of fiber/matrix interfaces. Calculate materials properties depending on the structure configuration and reinforcement orientation. Determine the appropriate manufacturing process for a new product based on engineering analysis of the product requirements, basic components characteristics and factory operations.

Identify the health, safety issues and environmental regulations that currently relate to a composites manufacturing facility ensure compliance to regulations.
