The Lean Discovery

The Lean Discovery provides an overview of the basic tenants of the Lean Process Improvement methodology. The course gives practical examples and exercises to illustrate the five principles of Lean and the eight types of waste. Participants will also discover what types of tools can be used to address process problems when they arise. This course is at the management level and is designed to give leaders insight into the methods their employees can use to address process delivery problems.
