In this program, learners gained formal certification to administer and debrief the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory (IBI) from Aperian Global. In the course of certifying, they also gained skills and tools for: Recognizing and interrupting bias, switching work styles in different contexts, leveraging diversity for improved organizational outcomes, becoming a DEI champion, getting results, and administering and debriefing the IBI to develop others’ inclusive leadership skills and effectiveness.

Earning Criteria

Participated in 8 hours of live workshops and approximately 5 hours of assignments outside of live sessions. Learning outcomes included gaining skills and tools for: 1) Recognizing and interrupting bias; 2) Switching work styles in different contexts; 3) Leveraging diversity for improved organizational outcomes; 4) Becoming a DEI champion; 5) Linking inclusion to business results, and 6) Administering and debriefing the IBI to develop others’ inclusive leadership skills and effectiveness.
Practiced debriefing the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory with peers and received feedback. Prepared to use the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory with individuals and organizations to help advance inclusive practices.
