Earning Criteria

A candidate applies to become a SFIA Accredited Skills and Competency Assessor. They must demonstrate familiarity and understanding of the SFIA Skills and Competency Framework, that they are generally operating at SFIA Level 4 or above, they have recent experience of competency assessment at SFIA Level 4,and are operating under an accredited assessment scheme.

Standards

SFIA Skills and Competency Framework

The SFIA Framework is the de facto global standard for skills and competency. It defies professional skills and competencies and behaviours at levels of responsibility. It is widely used internationally and is available in over 10 languages. It is available on a not-for-profit basis from the SFIA Foundation.
