Badge earners completed a cycle of inquiry and action plan by starting with an investigation of the problem and its causes, designing an intervention, identifying success criteria, and planning for evidence or data to be collected to determine the extent to which the intervention made a difference. In addition, badge earners identified evidence to enable documentation of the initiative and potential mid-course corrections during implementation.
