Be Equal Ambassador
Issued by
IBM
The Be Equal Ambassador Badge is earned by IBMers who have demonstrated a level of volunteer effort and advocacy representation which support IBM's diversity, inclusion, talent and business priorities. Each earner's completed criteria are assessed and approved by the earner's manager. Engagement with and advocacy for the mission requires a deeper commitment than awareness alone. Ambassadors actively advocate through actions and activities to create a supportive, inclusive culture.
