Earning Criteria

Must be an IBM employee
This individual provided significant contribution to his/her profession, outside of their normal responsibilities, of at least 10 hours in a calendar year, in one or more of the following ways:
Acted as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Reviewer assigned by the Profession for badge applications related to the Profession's career model
Engaged in specific activities directly requested/sponsored by the local, regional or global profession leadership team, supporting the deployment/adoption or enhancement of the profession's career model or the vitality of the profession community
