Completed mandatory education and at least 10 hours of Program Management education. Provided evidence of 2 giveback opportunities to the PM Community, one as a mentor of a Project Manager

Managed 10 FTE's per month in any 12 month period in the last 6 years

Submitted validation requirements for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) review. Experience was assessed by Project Management Board members, and have successfully passed the Board interviews as defined in the certification process.
