Must be an employee of IBM. This badge is applicable across security services teams, pre-sales solution design, transition & transformation or run state solution design.
To earn the IBM Security Services Specialist – Level 1 badge, an IBM Security Services Specialist must have at least 9 points when totalling up the points associated with their validated technical skills across all the vendors they support.
IBM Security Services Specialists can earn points by completing these activities:
Manage or assist an IBM Security Project (1 point)
Lead a project to the live Production Stage (2 points)
Create/ update Knowledge Base or customer facing documentation (2 points)
Provide training to the IBM Security Global team (2 points)
Provide input into at least 5 different customer Request for Proposal/ Request Service (RFS) (1 point)
Collaborate with Delivery Enablement design solutions (2 points)
Provide input into an architecture and/or solution design (2 points)
Recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) through previously/ personally attained Security Certification (4 points)
