Earners of this badge have completed the academic year-long program, hosted by the President. Earners explored leadership skills, discussed challenges facing the university and higher education across the nation and gained an understanding of how the Arizona university system functions. They also discussed strategic planning, budgeting and how both serve to advance the overall mission. The program is aimed at identifying, informing and investing in future university leaders.
