Before storing your cigars, it’s crucial to season your humidor to establish the ideal moisture content. Wipe the interior with a clean, damp cloth and add a humidification device or a humidifier filled with distilled water. Allow the humidor to stabilize for a few days, ensuring the humidity levels settle within the desired range. Regularly monitor the humidity levels inside your humidor using a hygrometer.
