Earning Criteria

Prior to the live workshop, earners read and reflect on a real world case study in which a CEO, HR manager, and financial officers discuss the challenges and opportunities given customer desire for sustainable materials and the potential impact of changing practices to meet this on company financial outcomes.

Earners attend a 2-hour live, interactive workshop led by an established engineering business executive. The workshop provides foundational information related to career trajectory's in the contemporary marketplace, analyzing company's financial health (e.g. 10-K), and strategic communication of technical information to leadership.

Following the live workshop, earners select a company of interest and summarize its 10-K, financial performance, risks and opportunities, and innovative potential. They also identify their ideal positions and how their experiences and skills align with those necessary for their ideal positions.
